Knights Of Columbus Donate $1K To Manchester's Kevin's Kids
The donation will support the annual effort to provide needy Manchester children with Christmas gifts.

MANCHESTER, NJ — The Manchester Township Schools get a lot of support every holiday season for the annual Kevin's Kids campaign.
From student groups to senior communities, the effort to provide Christmas gifts for children in need is truly a community-wide effort. And usually, the Knights of Columbus St. John The Apostle Council 12940 carves out its special niche of making sure kids are warm by running a coat drive.
Last November, because of the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, the club was unable to do what it normally does. On Friday, they donated $1,000 to help with the 2021 Kevin's Kids effort.

"We are very appreciative of the support the Knights of Columbus provide to our drive on a yearly basis," said Alex George, who leads the Manchester Schools' Kevin’s Kids effort.
The Kevin's Kids drive has a goal of making sure that Santa visits every child in Manchester. They provide toys, clothing and other necessities to Manchester families in need.
