Manchester Blizzard Reminders: Move Vehicles For Plows

Breaking: The recycling schedule has changed as a result of the impending storm, officials said.

MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Township officials are issuing reminders to residents as they prepare for the oncoming winter storm.

The National Weather Service's Mount Holly office has issued a blizzard warning for Ocean County (along with Monmouth, Middlesex and several others) beginning at 8 p.m. Monday that is expected to remain in place through 6 p.m. Tuesday.

The blizzard warning means there will be falling and blowing snow with strong winds and poor visibility that will lead to whiteout conditions, "making travel extremely dangerous," the National Weather Service warning said.
