Manchester-Lakehurst July 4th Fireworks, Parades: 2018 Guide

Here's the 2018 schedule of July 4th fireworks, celebrations and more in Manchester, Lakehurst and nearby,

MANCHESTER, NJ — If you're wondering what's happening to celebrate the Fourth of July in Manchester and Lakehurst, as well as other towns, here's when and where you can expect to see fireworks in the area (weather permitting, of course).

Neither Manchester nor Lakehurst have fireworks displays on July 4th. Manchester's fireworks are part of the annual Manchester Day celebration. That event is set for Saturday, June 30, at Harry Wright Lake park. The celebration begins at 2 p.m. and fireworks are at dark. There are kids' rides, games, contests, food and live music.

In Lakehurst, the fireworks are July 3 at Lake Horicon, and there is a parade and car show on July 4. The fireworks at the lake are at dusk. The parade begins at 11 a.m. down Union Avenue, Lakehurst. The car show is 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Lakehurst Elementary School.
