Manchester Schools Event Pays Tribute To Martin Luther King Jr.
This is the 49th celebration by the school district of the life of King, the civil rights leader who was assassinated in 1968.

MANCHESTER, NJ — The Manchester Township School District will hold its 49th annual celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on Friday, Jan. 12.
The annual event includes a performance by the Manchester Township Schools gospel choir, and will feature motivational speaker Minister Nancy Jackson Johnson.
The event begins at 7 p.m. in the auditorium at Manchester Township High School, 1 South Colonial Drive.

Tickets are $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and children over 5 years old. Tickets will be sold at the door.
