Manchester Christmas Tree-Lighting Celebration Set For Friday

The annual event includes a parade of lights (decorate your vehicle and join in!), photos with Santa, entertainment and more.

MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Township's annual Christmas tree-lighting celebration is set for Friday, Dec. 8, at town hall, officials said.

The Manchester Township Recreation Department has an evening of holiday songs, pictures with Santa Claus, and more planned to ring in the Christmas season.

There's also a parade of lights planned; decorate your car, truck or van with holiday lights and join them. Call the Recreation Department to register for the parade; 732-657-8121, ext. 5101 or 5102.

The event begins at 7 p.m. outside the courthouse entrance at Town Hall, 1 Colonial Dr., Manchester.
