If your Middle School child has been a participant in a Title I / Basic Skills program during this school year, we want your input on a special survey. Title I is a federal program designed to help students in need of additional support reach high academic standards.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to help us improve our program. Please take a few minutes to respond. Your feedback will be used to improve parent communication and parent engagement. Suggestions on how we can better help students at school and at home are welcome.
