Police identified the woman who died in a fiery chain-reaction crash on a New Jersey highway this weekend.

FLORHAM PARK – Police identified the woman who died in a fiery chain-reaction crash on Route 24 this weekend.
The incident happened at 12:22 p.m. when a truck pulling a utility trailer traveling in the left lane struck a vehicle that was traveling in the left lane, police said.
The vehicle then struck a Toyota Rav4 , which then struck a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The vehicle, possibly a Toyota, and the Jeep went off the road to the left and struck the guardrail.

As a result, the vehicle became fully engulfed in flames. The driver, Stephanie Santora, 25, of Jackson, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced on scene.
The 32-year-old male driver of the truck sustained minor injuries. The 37-year-old female driver of the Toyota sustained moderate injuries, police said.

The 50-year-old male driver of the Jeep sustained moderate injuries. A 26-year-old male passenger in the unknown vehicle sustained serious injuries.
All eastbound lanes were closed for approximately six hours.
The accident remains under investigation.
