Santa's Hitchin' A Ride With Whiting Firefighters

MANCHESTER, NJ -- It’s that time of year ... the time of year when Santa pays a visit to the neighborhoods of Whiting.

As he does every year, he’s catching a ride with the firefighters of the Whiting Volunteer Fire Company. The firefighters -- with their sirens and lights ablaze -- will take Santa on a tour to greet children and deliver candy canes and other items this coming weekend, Dec. 19 and 20.

The firefighters will bring Santa through the following areas: Roosevelt City, Fox Hollow, Wynnewood, Timbergreen, Old Whiting, Beckerville, and the shopping centers.
