A Splash Of Summer: How Hot Will Manchester Get?

The National Weather Service says there may be an increased risk of brush fires starting and spreading today.

It doesn’t seem like that long ago we were all shivering in our houses begging for warmer days. Today, it’s going to feel a little bit like summer.

The thermometers in Manchester will be climbing into the upper 80s this afternoon, but when can you expect the temperature to peak today? Patch has you covered.

Mostly sunny skies are predicted and temperatures are expected to reach as high as 87 degrees on Tuesday afternoon. But it also is expected to be breezy, with winds between 17 and 20 mph with gusts to 32 mph, according to the National Weather Service.

Tonight, the temperature is expected to dip down to about 55 degrees, with winds between 8 and 13 mph.

It will be cooler on Wednesday and Thursday, with a high of 69 degrees both days. Wednesday night the temperature may fall to 43 degrees, while Thursday’s overnight temperature is expected to fall into the low 50s.

The low humidity and windy conditions continue to create a risk of wildfires beginning and, if they do begin, spreading, the weather service said.
