Thanksgiving 2020 Grocery Store Hours In Manchester
Find out when you can pick up those last-minute Thanksgiving staples from ShopRite and Stop & Shop in Manchester.

While Thanksgiving Day feasts are likely to be a little smaller this year due to the coronavirus pandemic, that doesn’t mean we’re less likely to forget the cranberry sauce, the gravy or the whipped topping for the pumpkin pie.
It’s a terrible feeling — but, luckily, there’s a list of grocery stores that will be open in Manchester for those emergency and last-minute shopping trips.
In contrast to previous years, retail giants Target and Walmart will not be open on Thanksgiving.

Both chains made the decision in response to the coronavirus pandemic. In a statement released on its website, Target said the company’s goal is to "make the holiday shopping experience simple, safe, and stress-free.”
Here are the hours for grocery stores (and stores that carry some groceries) that will be open on Thanksgiving Day, along with a list of those that won’t:

CVS: Stores are open regular hours.

- 505 Route 530, Whiting
- 421 Lacey Road, Whiting
Rite Aid: The majority of stores will be open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Call ahead to confirm hours.
- 86B Lacey Road, Whiting
- 2102 Route 70, Manchester
- 31 Mule Road, Toms River
- 220 Route 70, Toms River
ShopRite: Most stores will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- 101 Route 70 West, Manchester: Closed
- 2 Route 37 West, Toms River: Open from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Stop & Shop: New Jersey stores will be open until 5 p.m.
- 400 Lacey Road, Whiting
Walgreens: Stores are open regular hours.
- 500 Route 530, Manchester
