Utility Pole Repair Closes Part Of Route 539 In Manchester
The pole was damaged in a motor vehicle crash on Friday morning, police said.

MANCHESTER, NJ — The northbound lane of Route 539 in Manchester is closed Friday morning while crews repair a utility pole that was damaged in a motor vehicle accident.
Manchester police said the road is closed from Harry Wright Boulevard to Lincoln Boulevard while Jersey Central Power & Light makes the repair.
The road had been fully closed in the area following a crash that happened sometime before 5:20 a.m., about the time Manchester police issued a Nixle alert on the closure.
