MANCHESTER, NJ — Monday, Feb. 20, is Presidents Day, the day set aside to honor the birthdays of Presidents George Washington and Abraham Lincoln.

It is a federal holiday, which means all federal offices, including the Post Office, are closed.

State offices and courts are closed as well.

Locally, the Manchester Township School District is closed

All branches of the Ocean County Library are closed.

All Manchester Township municipal offices are closed. Check the township's calendar to see if your recycling and garbage collections are affected.

Businesses may be open based on their own schedules. Call ahead to confirm.
