In Manville were are four candidates vying for two three-year seats on the borough council.

Republican incumbent Stephen H. Szabo had 76 votes and newcomer republican Joseph A. Lukac, III had 174 votes to win over democrats Sherri A. Lynn with 145 votes and Mark A. Gregor with 150 votes.
Results are unofficial until certified by the Somerset County Clerk and do not include absentee ballots.
