Manville High School Ranked Among The Best In The U.S.

MANVILLE, NJ — Manville High School was ranked among the best in the United States by U.S. News & World Report.

Manville was ranked No. 88 in New Jersey out 103 schools ranked and received a bronze medal from U.S. News & World Report.

Other Somerset County schools to make the list were:

• Ridge High School, No. 12 in NJ, No. 318 the U.S., gold
• Montgomery High School, No. 16 in NJ, No. 388 the U.S., gold
• Bridgewater-Raritan Regional High School, No. 44 in NJ, No. 318 the U.S., gold
• Somerville High School, No. 47 in NJ, No. 1,613 the U.S., silver
• Central Jersey College Prep Charter School in Somerset, No. 61 in NJ, No. 2,617 the U.S., silver
• Somerset County Vocational And Technical Schools in Bridgewater, No. 99 in NJ, bronze

Bronze medal schools are not ranked by U.S. News.

The 2018 best high school rankings were released on Wednesday and evaluate more than 20,500 public high schools. U.S. News identified schools that best serve all students and assessed how prepared students are for college-level work. Schools are also recognized with gold, silver and bronze medals with gold indicating the greatest level of college readiness.

Twenty-three New Jersey schools received a gold medal, 39 received a silver medal, and 41 schools received a bronze medal.

The highest ranked New Jersey school on the list was 22nd: High Technology High School in Mommouth County.
