Manville Mayor Donates Half His Salary To Support Arts Council
The $3,000 donation was made to the Manville Arts Council in support of their organization and the arts.

MANVILLE, NJ — Kicking off the new year in good spirits, Manville Mayor Richard Onderko donated half his mayoral salary to a borough nonprofit.
The $3,000 donation was made to the Manville Arts Council in support of their organization and the arts.
Heather Cahill Ball, president of MAC, said she was honored by the donation and plans to put it to good use including the upcoming fouth annual Art Expo in May.

"We are a small non-profit that relies on donations and our yearly fundraiser to operate. This money will give us the ability to offer more art programming within the community as well as expand existing programs," Cahill Ball said. "It will also help defray our operating costs that we incur as an independent organization."
