MANVILLE, NJ — Meet Chad! He has been chosen as Patch's Pet Of The Week. Nominate your pet for Manville's Pet of the Week and winners receive a free bag of pet food from Amwell Pet Supply.

"Meet our handsome dog Chad! He is 7-years-old and lives in Hillsborough. He was rescued at the North Plainfield Humane Society in 2013. Chad is a macho man in the streets, but prefers nacho cheese in the sheets. You can get Chad to practically do anything for a treat except maybe listen. He is a dog who definitely struts to the beat of his own drum and has been a perfect fit to our family!"

Do you think your pet should be Manville's Pet of the Week?

Participating in the Pet of the Week happenings is simple: submit your nomination by emailing alexis.tarrazi@patch.com with subject line "Manville Pet Of The Week." Be sure to include a photograph or two of your pet, a paragraph about what makes him or her so great, and the town you're from.

You can choose to include your name, but you don't need to. Then just keep an eye out for a photo of your pet on the Patch!

The photo can be of a present pet, or it can be a baby picture of the adult pet you're so proud of today. All photos must be property of the submitter.
