Video: Walmart Truck Ripped Open, Crashes Into Manville Underpass

"The trailer containing general Walmart products was completely destroyed," said Manville Police Lt. John Crater.

MANVILLE, NJ — A tractor trailer hauling goods for Walmart was shredded after it crashed into a train underpass on Friday morning in Manville.

At around 8 a.m. on Friday, the truck was driving north on Main Street when it hit the Lehigh Valley underpass, said Manville Police Lt. John Crater.

"The trailer containing general Walmart products was completely destroyed. There was no damage to the tractor itself," said Crater.

Daves Heavy Towing removed the trailer from the underpass. Southbound traffic was closed off at Brooks Boulevard for about 90 minutes.
