On Friday, members of the Maplewood, South Orange and Millburn Green Teams met to discuss ways the three groups could work together on sustainability issues. All three towns originally formed Green Teams as part of the Sustainable Jersey certification program (www.SustainableJersey.com). Each town has been certified by Sustainable Jersey, but must keep working on certification actions in order to maintain the certification. Â
The group brainstormed on a number of actions for collaboration and plan to announce the intention to work together at tonight’s Green Drinks taking place at the Elks Lodge in South Orange, NJ  at 7:00 pm (http://www.maplewoodisgreen.org/green-drinks).
