Ani Ramen Eyes October Opening In Maplewood
Residents can get their noodle fix on Maplewood Avenue next month, officials said.

MAPLEWOOD, NJ - The highly anticipated Ani Ramen House location opening in Maplewood had adjusted its opening day target from September to October, according to a company spokesperson.
Back in April Luck Sarabhayvanija, founder and partner in the business said the Maplewood Avenue eatery would be ready for business in May. Sarabhayvanija shared the news when discussing the opening of the craft ramen eatery in Summit. That was then adjusted to July and now September. The announcement of the delay also revealed new locations planned for Cranford and East Rutherford.
"We're fortunate that our ramen concept has been so well-received, and we are pleased to become part of the Maplewood, Cranford and East Rutherford communities. We're also planning the rollout of several other New Jersey locations, so be on the lookout for an Ani Ramen coming to a downtown near you soon," Sarabhayvanija said.
