Ani Ramen House Maplewood Now Open
Residents can get their noodle fix on Maplewood Avenue.

MAPLEWOOD, NJ - After months of delays, the highly anticipated Ani Ramen House location in Maplewood has opened its doors at 149 Maplewood Ave.
Back in April Luck Sarabhayvanija, founder and partner in the business said the Maplewood Avenue eatery would be ready for business in May. Sarabhayvanija shared the news when discussing the opening of the craft ramen eatery in Summit. That was then adjusted to July, then September and now finally November.
“We’re are excited and thankful that our ramen concept has been so well received. We are pleased to become a part of the Maplewood community, and are in good company, located near Arturo’s and The Able Baker," Sarabhayvanija said. "They are also planning to rollout several other New Jersey locations, including Cranford and American Dream in East Rutherford in February 2020, so be on the lookout for an Ani Ramen coming to a downtown near you.”

Design was again spearheaded by pixel experience, and the space is adorned by mural artwork courtesy of artist Rich Tu who currently functions in a VP role at MTV and is a New Jersey native.
The Maplewood location joins Ani Ramen’s other award-winning, full service locations in Montclair, Jersey City, and Summit and the quick-serve location at the District Kitchen at Harborside Atrium in Jersey City.
