Got Old Books? Maplewood Library Wants Them

The Maplewood Memorial Library is currently accepting book donations for the annual Friends of the Library Spring Book Sale.

The sale will be held at Maplewood Memorial Library, 51 Baker St., on Saturday, April 27 from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sunday, April 28 from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. 

Books may be brought to the door to the right of the main entrance, behind the flagpole. No textbooks, encyclopedias, magazines or mildewed books.

Books are being accepted at the following times: 

Mondays: 10 am to 12 pm

Wednesdays: 7:30-8:30 pm

Thursdays: 2 pm to 4 pm

Saturdays: 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm and 4 pm

The Friends sponsor library programs and improvements and funds the purchase of special library materials and equipment. For more information, visit their website.
