Maplewood Library Awarded STEAM Mini-Grant
Hilton Branch awarded grant to bring science, technology, art activities to diverse communities
Maplewood Memorial Library said its Hilton branch was awarded a prestigious mini-grant from the Association for Library Service to Children.
The mini-grant, called Building STEAM with Dia, is designed to help deliver science, technology, engineering, art and math to diverse communities.
The branch, led by Jenny Burkholder, the children’s and head branch librarian, is one of only 18 nationwide to receive the award.
