Maplewood Police: No Left Turns Into Parking Spaces

MAPLEWOOD, NJ - Sgt. Scott Reeves of the Maplewood Traffic Bureau is reminding motorists that left hand turns into parking spaces are prohibited on Maplewood Avenue.

Reeves said the illegal turns creates a hazardous condition for both pedestrians and motorists.

"There are numerous signs clearly posted the length of Maplewood Avenue," Reeves said. "Please obey the rules of the road and drive safely."
