Maplewood Schools Fully Remote Tuesday Due To Inclement Weather

The South Orange and Maplewood School District announced it will be fully remote on Tuesday as a precautionary measure due to weather.

MAPLEWOOD, NJ – The South Orange and Maplewood School District announced it will be fully remote on Tuesday as a precautionary measure due to forecast inclement weather.

Instruction for all students will be remote and teachers will work from home, according to school officials. Central office staff will also work remotely and all school activities are canceled.

In-person instruction will resume on Wednesday.

There will be no out of district transportation and food services will not be distributing meals.

Additionally, the PSAT scheduled for Columbia High School is canceled. Principal Sanchez will follow up with updates to impacted students and staff.
