Maplewood Suspect In Short Hills Mall Threat Was Employee: Report
A news article said that one of two Maplewood residents arrested for a false bomb threat at the Short Hills Mall had worked there.

MILLBURN, NJ — After two Maplewood residents were arrested Monday in connection with a bomb threat at the Short Hills Mall in Millburn, the Record of Hackensack reported Tuesday that one of the two had been an employee at the mall at the time.
According to the Record story, the female suspect had been employed by the Neiman Marcus store at the mall during the time that the threat was made. The threat caused an evacuation at the mall.
According to a press release issued by the Millburn Police Department on Monday, a male and female suspect, both Maplewood residents, were arrested in connection with the threat, following an investigation by the department.

The department did not respond to follow up calls by Patch this week seeking comment on a motive or other information.
Phone calls and email messages from Patch to the store and its corporate headquarters were not returned Wednesday.
