Moving Company Relocating To Essex County

Total Relocation Services will move from Staten Island, NY, to a 20,095-square-foot industrial building in Essex County.

ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — A moving company is planning to relocate from Staten Island, NY, after purchasing a 20,095-square-foot industrial building in Essex County. Real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson announced the sale on Tuesday.

According to NAI, Total Relocation Services will relocate to 17 Camptown Road in Irvington and set up operations at the warehouse, which was built in 1982 and features 22-foot ceilings, two loading docks and a drive-in.

NAI James E. Hanson’s Barry Cohorsky, SIOR, represented the buyer, Total Relocation Services, LLC, in the transaction. Todd Smith, principal of the Acclaim Group represented the seller. The price of the sale was not disclosed in a company news release.

According to NAI:
