Pair of Unlocked Cars Burglarized: Maplewood Police

The cars were parked on Hilton Avenue, police said.

MAPLEWOOD, NJ - The Maplewood Police are looking for the person who burglarized a pair of cars on Oct. 4.

According to authorities, during the overnight hours an unlocked vehicle on Hilton Avenue and an unlocked vehicle on Franklin Avenue were entered and a wallet and jumper cables were reported stolen.

The Maplewood Police Department noted it works hard to protect the residents and their property and are asking that for assistance in this effort by making sure all vehicles and homes are properly secured at all times.
