South Orange-Maplewood Kiwanis Holds Food Drive

Donates over $2,300 worth of groceries to Our Lady of Sorrows Food Pantry

MAPLEWOOD - South Orange-Maplewood Kiwanis conducted a food drive at Stop and Shop, on Saturday, August 17.

The Kiwanis volunteers worked four hours and collected 11 shopping carts full of groceries (valued at approximately $2,300 worth of groceries) and $85 cash.

South Orange-Maplewood Kiwanis was proud to deliver all the food collected to Our Lady of Sorrows Food Pantry in South Orange.

It turned out that the store manager, Ralph, was a former Secaucus Club Kiwanian!
