According to his website, if anyone was born with a rock and roll heart, it's San Francisco's Chuck Prophet. Performing, recording and producing since 1985, Chuck Prophet is touring behind what is about his thirteenth solo album, Bobby Fuller Died for Your Sins, which had the highest first-week sales numbers of a decades-long career.

- Prophet delivers with quixotic swagger and declamatory sneer. --MOJO
- Prophet is gifted with the ability to write killer songs that tackle difficult issues and struggles whether social, political or personal yet always tinged with humor and an ‘let’s get on with it folks and try and treasure the good moments’ attitude. – Lonesome Highway
- A triple-threat ability—excellent songwriter, killer lead guitarist, charismatic frontman—AOL Spinner
The Marco Ranieri Band, local to Maplewood, will open the show.
“I’ve been a Chuck Prophet fan since the 80s and have seen him play in San Francisco, New York, Philadelphia and even Rome, Italy. I’m spreading the word to everyone I see that you need to get to this show," Marco Ranieri said. "Chuck Prophet is a guitar player equal to any and with his band the Mission Express, he will deliver a live show you will not forget. And of course, we plan to do the same, so come early and catch our set.”
