Peek Inside $35M Colts Neck Equestrian Estate
The property is the highest-priced single family public listing in New Jersey.
In the market for a new home? How about a 20,000-square-foot equestrian estate?
The 127-acre property at 7 Yearling Path went on the market last month for a $34,990,000 asking price, making it the highest-priced single family public listing in New Jersey, according to a press release issued by Coldwell Banker. The brokerage firm recently released photos of the luxury home built in 2011 and owned by Morris Flancbaum of Colts Neck Associates.
The home features nine bedrooms, including a master suite and four bedroom suites, and 10 full bathrooms with marble showers and two half-baths. The master suite includes a custom gas fireplace, a morning bar, his and hers closets, and offices that lead through French doors onto a balcony, according to the release.
The kitchen can serve in excess of 250 people and includes a walk-in refrigerator with additional Miele refrigerator and freezer; a Blodgett cooking suite with eight-burner gas range, deep fryer, and barbeque grill; two commercial dishwashers; a coffee center; double butler pantries; and a breakfast area and main bar with two wine refrigerators, according to Coldwell Banker.
Other amenities include a gym, a hairdresser's station area, a theater room with platform seating, and an elevator.
The equestrian estate also boasts two barns, a newly renovated 50-foot silo, four paddocks, and a two-family caretaker's house.
Colts Neck resident Pamela Molloy, a sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Holmdel/Colts Neck office, was selected as the selling agent.
