Queen Latifah has sold her 9-acre estate in Colts Neck, according to NJ.com.

According to Zillow, the 6-bed, 8-bath, 7,882 square foot home sold for $2,088,500.

That sale price is some $300,000 less than the initial asking price and some $50,000 less than her 2001 purchase price, NJ.com reported.

The home features a gourmet kitchen, sun room, master spa bath, and a heated pool, according to the listing on Zillow.

Queen Latifah, who was born in Newark as Dana Owens, also owns a Beverly Hills mansion, according to the newspaper.
