Average Home Sale Prices Increase in Aberdeen, Realtor Says
The number of home sales also reportedly increased.

The real estate market is gaining strength in Aberdeen Township, according to realtor and Patch blogger Len Dunikoski.
In comparing the first seven months of 2013 to the first seven months of 2012, Dunikoski found that the number of home sales increased three percent, the number of listings decreased 24 percent and the average sale price increased by four percent.
