Extra Middlesex Boro Cops On These Roads This Week

MIDDLESEX, NJ — Don't say you weren't warned. For the week of Oct. 6 - 12, there will be enhanced Middlesex boro police patrols on the following roads:

From the police: The Middlesex police department will inform the public of those areas in the borough where we will intensify our enforcement of traffic violations. While enforcement of traffic violations will continue throughout the borough and especially in school zones, these areas will receive additional focus for the week of Oct. 6 - 12:

Location: Shepherd Avenue

Issue: Speeding

Location: Bound Brook Road/JFK Drive

Issue: Speeding, School Pedestrian Safety

Location: Union Avenue/Harris Avenue

Issue: Red Light Violations

Last week’s Traffic Enforcement consisted of 171 motor vehicle stops conducted by Middlesex police officers.
