Extra Middlesex Cops On These Roads Week Of May 1

MIDDLESEX, NJ — Every week, Middlesex borough police put extra squad cars on certain roads in the borough, looking for the following driving offenses.

Every week the roads change; here are the locations for the week of April 28 - May 4:

While enforcement of traffic violations will continue throughout the borough and especially in school zones, these areas will receive additional focus:

Location: Marlborough Avenue

Issue: Speeding, Overweight Vehicles

Location: Mountain Avenue

Issue: Speeding

Location: Howard Avenue/Fisher Avenue

Issue: Parking Violations, School PED Safety

Last week’s Traffic Enforcement (week of April 21) consisted of 96 motor vehicle stops conducted by Middlesex PD officers. Police ask that you support our Safe Roads Initiative by obeying all traffic laws at all times.
