Middlesex Boro Bank Latest To Be Hit By Same Suspect, Cops Say
The Unity Bank on Bound Brook Rd. was robbed last Thursday; the same suspect is believed to have done several other bank robberies nearby.

MIDDLESEX, NJ — The Unity Bank on Bound Brook Road in Middlesex borough was robbed last Thursday, Oct. 25, Middlesex police report. Police released these surveillance photos of the suspect, who did not show a weapon but passed a note to the tellers demanding cash, which he was given.
At 3:43 p.m. last Thursday, the Middlesex police department was notified that the “panic alarm” had been activated at the Unity Bank, 1230 Bound Brook Road. When police got there, bank employees said the bank had just been robbed: A heavyset white man, approximately 5’7” to 5’10” in height, passed a note to a teller, demanding money. The teller handed over an undisclosed amount of cash and the robber fled from the bank on foot.
This same suspect is believed to be responsible for several other bank robberies in the area.
