MIDDLESEX, NJ — Released by the Middlesex Borough Police Department and unedited by Patch, here are all the arrests in town for the month of November 2017:

November 9, 2017 at 3:01 a.m. – Allison J. Neu, 21, of Middlesex was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Officer Bryan Rodrigues investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle on Marlborough Avenue, encountered Ms. Neu and determined that she was in possession of a CDS. Ms. Neu was released on her own recognizance.

November 11, 2017 at 1:55 p.m. – Charles Stankiewicz, 34, of Colonia was arrested and charged with Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Bound Brook Road at Seventh Street. Officer Paul Steffanelli investigated.

November 13, 2017 at 7:50 p.m. – Muhammad U. Arshad, 33, of Bridgewater was arrested and charged with Resisting Arrest and Obstructing the Administration of Law following a motor vehicle stop on Wellington Street near Marlborough Avenue. Officer Paul Muldowney investigated.

November 13, 2017 at 8:53 p.m. – Bruce E. Cornwall, 66, of Maple Shade was arrested and charged with DUI following a motor vehicle stop on River Road at Factory Lane. Officer Bryan Rodrigues investigated.

November 21, 2017 at 12:52 a.m. – Marlon Rojas, 33, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with Hindering Apprehension and Obstructing the Administration of Law following motor vehicle stop on South Avenue near Mountain Avenue. Officer George Pilesky investigated.

November 22, 2017 at 8:17 a.m. - Shantal Hernandez-Zarate, 25, and Mayerli Martinez-Bravo, 24, both of Phillipsburg were arrested and charged with Distribution of CDS, Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue at Melrose Avenue. Sergeant Chad Corner and Officer Colin DeVincenzo investigated.

November 22, 2017 at 9:33 p.m. – Milton N. Quesada-Cabrera, 61, of Dunellen was arrested and charged with DUI following a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue at Shepherd Avenue. Officer Anthony Painchaud investigated.

November 23, 2017 at 2:21 a.m. – Juan S. Sepulveda-Casteblanco, 27, of Piscataway was arrested and charged with DUI, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Bound Brook Road at Smalley Avenue. Officers Bryan Rodrigues and Scott Mulford investigated.

November 26, 2017 at 2:53 a.m. – An employee of the Dunkin Donuts restaurant reported that he was robbed at gunpoint. Investigation revealed that the actor, wearing a face covering and gloves and brandishing a silver colored handgun, confronted the employee inside the restaurant. The robber escorted the employee to a cash register from which the robber removed the evening’s receipts before fleeing on foot. Officer Ryan Skow and Detective Daniel McCue investigated. Avenue at Beechwood Avenue. Officer Scott Mulford investigated.

November 29, 2017 at 12:15 a.m. – Ilya Bobrov, 35, of Piscataway was arrested and charged with DUI following a motor vehicle stop on Union

As is the case with all criminal defendants, the charges against the defendant are merely accusations and he or she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
