A home in the Brasch Farms development was among the 26 closed sales in Middletown last week, according to realtor Marlene Albrecht's blog.
The five-bedroom home at 18 Allaire Avenue sold for $772,000. It had 3,150 square feet and was built in 1984. The residence was last sold in June 1998 for $340,000, according to Zillow.com.
