Healing Arts Workshop
Amanda's Easel/180 Turning Lives Around, Inc. is offering free healing arts workshops at the Middletown Arts Center on Thursdays from 6-7:30 p.m. for anyone impacted by Sandy, ages 5 and up. The "Creative Coping" workshops are designed by the Amanda's Easel Creative Arts Therapy Program to help families learn ways to reduce stress and gain healthy coping skills using art.
