Middletown Train Station/Church Street Detour Nov. 15-21
Church Street, from Holland Road to the train track crossing, will close at 9 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 15 and is expected to reopen Nov. 21.

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — Be advised: A key portion of Church Street in Middletown, which was supposed to be closed Nov. 8 - Nov. 14, will now be closed Nov. 15 through Nov. 21, the state DOT announced.
Church Street has to close due to NJ Transit work at the railroad crossing. The earlier scheduled closure was delayed due to weather this past week.

Church Street, from Holland Road to the train track crossing, will close at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 15 and is expected to reopen Wednesday, Nov. 21, weather permitting. Work had previously been scheduled for Nov. 8 to Nov. 14, but was delayed due to weather with a separate NJ Transit project.
The detour is as follows:

- Traveling north on Middletown-Lincroft Road: Turn left on Holland Road, right on Red Hill Road, right on Kings Highway and right on Church Street to end the detour.
- Traveling south from Church Street and Kings Highway: Continue on Kings Highway, turn left on Red Hill Road, turn left on Holland Road, turn left at Church Street and continue to the end of the detour.
