Keansburg, NJ - There was a groundbreaking late last week on a 186-unit rental apartment building in Keansburg.
The building, at the intersection of Beachway and Raritan avenues, is the largest development in Keansburg since Hurricane Sandy hit.
It will include street-level retail and 186 rental apartments: 2/3 rent-controlled for moderate-income, and the remaining 1/3 market rate, with an estimated rent of $1,200-$1,800 per unit. At this time no retail tenants are confirmed.

The project is expected to be completed by July 2018. The developer is RPM Development and T&M Associates is the project engineer.
