Monmouth County Commissioners Sue Kiley & Ross Licitra helped Atlantic Highlands Mayor Loretta Gluckstein cut the grand opening
ribbon at new Atlantic Highlands Bakery, The Cookie & Crumb, located at 1 West Avenue. Commissioners Kiley and Licitra
also presented a Certificate of Recognition & Proclamation to Owner Valerie Mangan, a veteran baker, designer and artist who has successfully blended her unique background into the perfect recipe for business success.
