What: Matawan Borough 4th of July Fireworks
Where: Ravine Dr. Bridge and Lake Lefferts Park
When: Friday, July 2 at dusk (Rain date July 9) Rescheduled to July 9

Matawan celebrates our nation's independence with a fireworks display launched from Matawan First Presbyterian Church. There will be spectacular views around Lake Lefferts.

What: Aberdeen Township Independence Day Celebration
Where: Veterans Memorial Park, Lakeshore Drive/Ocean Boulevard.
When: Friday July 2 Rescheduled to July 9

The return of the annual celebration will have fireworks, food trucks, bouncy castles and more.

What: Hazlet Fireworks
Where: Veterans Park, 1776 Union Ave.
When: Hazlet's fireworks were supposed to be Saturday, July 3 but they have now been pushed back to Monday, July 5

The extravagant display will begin after sundown on July 5. While the event will take place at Veterans Park, the fireworks show can be viewed from local neighborhoods and parking lots. A rain date is set for July 5.

What: Atlantic Highlands Fireworks
Where: Atlantic Highlands Harbor, 2 Simon Lake Drive
When: Friday July 2, 9:45 p.m.

A rain date for the Atlantic Highlands celebration is set for July 3.

What: Long Branch's fireworks were supposed to be July 4 on the boardwalk, but they are postponed this year after police had to break up a rowdy party that attracted thousands on June 19. A make-up date has not yet been given by the city of Long Branch.
