Four Men Arrested on Heroin Possession Charges, Report Middletown Police

Three of the accused are aged 21 or younger.

The following arrests were reported by the Middletown Police today. An arrest is not a conviction. 

June 19: Cory Diehl, 21, of Kentucky Ave. and Devon Mobus, 18 of Center Ave. were arrested by Ptl. Adam Colfer for possession of heroin, possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were released pending a court date. 

June 21:  Alexander Green, 19, from Wesley Ave. in Atlantic Highlands was arrested by Ptl. James Beirne for possession of heroin, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, obstructing an investigation, and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court and a failure to appear warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court. He was held pending a court date.

June 25: Peter McElroy, 39, from Prospect Ave. in Union Beach was arrested by Ptl.  Savvas Roumeliotis for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of heroin. He was released pending a court date.
