Here Are The Dates For Brookdale's Haunted Theater This Year

MIDDLETOWN, NJ ? The Haunted Theater at Brookdale Community College returns this October.

Celebrating 22 years of scares, Brookdale Performing Arts Center?s Haunted Theater is an award-winning haunted house that is locally regarded as one of the scariest and most immersive Halloween attractions in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Brookdale?s Haunted Theater has been voted Best Overall Attraction for 7 Years in a row on NJHauntedHouses.com

The theater will be open for walk-throughs October 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26, 30, November 1, 2

6:00 p.m. ? 10:00 p.m.

Tickets are $20-$25+service fees.

This indoor, self-guided walk-through haunted house maze ? which is designed, built and operated by more than a 100 Brookdale community college students, staff, faculty, alumni and community members ? features themed mazes, pitch black zones, and special effects, all contained within the walls of the Performing Arts Center.

This haunt runs rain or shine, including an indoor queue line. The theme this year is Wide Awake! A terrifying trip through interconnected mazes haunted by a combination of your greatest nightmares!

Lights On, Scares Off for little kids and anyone who does not want to be in the dark

Ever wonder what goes on behind the screams? Join us for Lights On, Scares Off ? a special walkthrough of our haunted attraction with all the lights on and none of the fright! This unique, family-friendly experience lets guests explore the haunt just as it will look at night, but without any actors, jump scares, or loud noises.

Walk through at your own pace, admire the sets, props, and effects, and see the artistry that brings our haunted house to life. Our team will be on hand to answer your questions, share behind-the-scenes insights, and show you the details that often get missed when you?re too busy screaming. Perfect for younger guests, horror fans who want a closer look, or anyone curious about how the magic (and madness) comes together.

Dance Auditions

The Haunted Theater is looking for zombie dancers. September 17 at 6:00 p.m. at the Performing Arts Center (PAC), parking lot 1 or 2. Anyone is welcome, 18 years or older. Dress in clothes to move in and be ready to dance! No need to prepare anything.

Haunted Theater Auditions September 17 and 18 at 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Only need to attend one time Open to anyone that is 18 years or older
