When cleaning sidewalks and driveways of snow and ice, Middletown residents are reminded that the snow and ice are to remain on the property and not deposited on Township streets and sidewalks. The clearing of sidewalks and driveways and depositing of snow onto Township streets are both ordinance violations and could result in a summons issuance and fines. Also keep vehicles, trailers and obstructions such as portable basketball stands off the street to assist the Twp. DPW in clearing the streets of Middletown.
