Kids Summer Camps at Brookdale

Ready for some Smart Summer Fun? This summer, Brookdale Community College, in partnership with Black Rocket, a nationwide education leader, offers unique on-campus and live online camps for children ages six to fourteen. There are nearly 200 camp programs offered from June 7th - August 23rd that will enable your child to spark new interests, learn new skills, and, more important than ever, connect with new friends.

Registration is available now for these exciting fields and more:
Digital Arts & Technology: There are many new programs this year, including KinderBots Robotics and Coding and JavaScript Developer Jam.
STEM: These fun Brookdale camps are built upon STEM foundations, offering hands-on learning while cultivating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Career Exploration: Includes exploring careers in Law, Medicine, Veterinary, Stocks, Creative Writing, and Fashion.
Art & Design: All Art & Design classes will be in-room. Back by popular demand is the Ceramics and Sculpture Combo class.
Film and Acting: Casting director Kathy Wickline, CSA, who holds over 10,000 casting credits in film, commercials, and TV, designed these exciting classes that explore the craft of making a movie or even a broadcasting career.

This summer, Brookdale is excited to offer new courses for BOTH in-person and online programs! There are over 80 in-room programs provided, and over 100 virtual courses offered starting at $179. Each virtual class is one week long in a convenient half-day format. Virtual classes combine large group and small group formats. For in-person programs, you may select AM-only formats in addition to the traditional 9 am to 2 pm schedule. All in-room programs will follow safety protocols recommended for in-room educational and enrichment programs.
