Mack-Cali Expanding Middletown Office Park

Mack-Cali has big plans underway to open a 7-building office park near Exit 109 off the Garden State Parkway in Middletown.

MIDDLETOWN, NJ- Mack-Cali has big plans underway to merge two office parks near Exit 109 off the Garden State Parkway in Middletown into one.

Mack-Cali recently purchased a three-building, 17-acre office park near Exit 109 for $23 million from Alfieri Company Inc. Mack-Cali plans to merge the complex with its existing One River Centre on Newman Springs Road, creating a massive, seven-building office park that will have its own cafe, fitness center, conference rooms and meeting space, according to a report in the Asbury Park Press.

The deal also encompasses 100 and 200 Schultz Drive and 230 Half Mile Road. Mack-Cali hopes to attract tenants there because of the area's population and convenient location to many transit routes.
