Man Fell Crossing Rt. 35, Hit His Head Near New Monmouth Diner

MIDDLETOWN, NJ ? A man was walking across Rt. 35 Saturday morning when he fell and hit his head on the roadway, said Middletown Police.

This happened very near to the New Monmouth diner, and that is why people may have noticed police and an ambulance near the diner Saturday morning.

The man suffered a minor injury to his head and he was transported to a local hospital. Police did not release any further information on his condition.
