MIDDLETOWN, NJ — Unedited by Patch, these are the arrests made by the Middletown Twp. Police Department during the time period of April 1 through April 30, 2021.

During that time period, Middletown Police responded to 4,400 calls for service, including 325 first aid calls, 74 fire calls, 117 burglar/fire alarms and 121 motor vehicle crashes.

Police officers arrested 29 individuals, including five for outstanding bench warrants and seven for domestic violence. Arrests are as follows:

Robert Marden, age 39, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Savvas Roumeliotis for credit card theft. Marden was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Kyle Jones, age 30, from Tinton Falls, was arrested by Officer Timothy Walden for robbery. Jones was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Margaret Latham, age 63, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Robert McNair for a contempt of court warrant. Latham was processed and released.

William Priola, age 42, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Felipe Caamano for driving under the influence. Priola was processed and released.

Matthew Fahmie, age 34, from Red Bank, was arrested by Officer Jason Caruso for driving under the influence. Fahmie was processed and released.

Herbert Sieh, Jr., age 57, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Zubkow for driving under the influence. Sieh was processed and released.

Matthew Rock, age 37, from Long Branch, was arrested by Officer Ryan Pigott for contempt of court warrants. Rock was processed and released to Keansburg Police Department.

Rui Pires, age 51, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Michael Heaton for driving under the influence. Pires was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Edward Holtz III, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Ryan Maguire for a contempt of court warrant. Holtz was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

John Coughlin, age 57, from Holmdel, was arrested by Officer Michael Heaton for contempt of court warrants. Coughlin was processed and released to Middlesex County Corrections.

Keith Aparicio, age 39, from Highland Park, was arrested by Officer Kenneth Ross for a contempt of court warrant. Aparicio was processed and released to New Jersey State Police.

Richard Smith, age 27, from Middletown, was arrested by Detective Keith Hirschbein for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Smith was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Paul Rathemacher, age 58, from Middletown, was arrested by Detective Daniel Sullivan for a contempt of court warrant. Rathemacher was processed and released after posting bail.

Cynthia Henthorn, age 57, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Julian Reis for driving under the influence. Henthorn was processed and released.

Terri Vandeweghe, age 56, from Hazlet, was arrested by Officer Frank Mazza for driving under the influence. Vandeweghe was processed and released.

James Fleming, age 28, from Port Monmouth, was arrested by Detective Keith Hirschbein for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance. Fleming was processed and released on a summons complaint.
