Middletown To Hold Free Flu Vaccine Clinics

Middletown Township will hold flu vaccination clinics for residents.

Middletown Township will hold flu vaccination clinics for residents.

The Middletown Township Health Department will hold three free clinics at the Middletown Public Library, located at 55 New Monmouth Road.

The clinics are open to adults and children who are at least six-months-old.

Clinics will be held:

  • Oct. 29, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Oct. 29, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Nov. 5, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Pre-registration is required. Visit www.middletownnj.org/flu to complete the registration form or call the Health Department at 732-615-2000 ext. 2164.
